Skins compression tights1/14/2024 ![]() ![]() Going forward I now know that the items I put in this pocket are safe and sound! Now I almost wish the pocket was just a little bigger so I could have an option to put my phone there (hint for the next go around of these tights)!! Large waistband and pocket for my keys After continually checking that the fob was there for the first mile or so, and seeing that it was always in the same spot it was the last time I checked, I became more confident in the pocket. I was a little worried that the fob would bounce up and down, and potentially fall out on the trail and be lost forever, but that just wasn’t the case. The waistband pocket worked great on my trail run when I needed a spot to put my key fob when I was running (drove to the trail that I was running on). They made for a very comfortable fit that stayed in place throughout the entire run. ![]() The wider waistband made it so the top of the compression tights didn’t dig into my stomach. I love the wider waistband and waistband pocket which is located in the middle of the back of the waistband. Based on this, I went with medium and they fit perfect! I am 5’10”, and typically weigh around 185 pounds, and the mediums gave me enough room in the waist and enough material to cover my legs all the way down to my ankles without riding up while I run. I used the size chart that is provided on the SKINS website and it indicated that I was right between a medium and a large. I tested these compression tights while running on trails and streets, when it was raining and sunny out, and when the temperatures were in the 60 to 70 degree range. The garments are very well constructed, which you would certainly hope for, because there's no way around the fact that they're expensive.
